Postage, Handling & Terms

Postage & Handling: The website gives you an estimated

only price for postage which sometimes is higher than what

you will pay. The price of postage depends on the weight of

items ordered and your postcode.

You must not transfer any money until you are contacted by

phone or email with the total amount owing. (You must complete

all payment details for the order to be processed)

The handling fee covers the postpack and any other packaging

involved with completion of order.

 

Returning Items: Items can be returned if damaged or shipped in error; credit will be given automatically.

New Customers: All orders will be processed and must be paid for once we have contacted you with the total

amount owing,  ie. an invoice will be sent and the account must be paid prior to shipping.

Goods will be held for a maximum of two weeks from the invoice date, after which the order will be cancelled.

Please note: The accuracy of the item shown cannot be guaranteed as there are variations in the way

colors are displayed on different computer screens. However, we have endeavored to be as accurate as possible.

We cannot guarantee 100% availability of listed items; where appropriate a back order will be created.
